Your custom set

We print your image on two matching phone stickers for your selected model. Your set also includes one separate clear case. The case is not printed. A phone is not included.

This is a custom printing service. It includes fitting your image for printing, not new artwork, complex retouching or a design consultation.

Check your design before ordering

Select your exact phone model, upload a clear JPG or PNG, and adjust the preview. Check the crop, orientation, spelling and position of important details, especially near edges and camera cutouts. A long edge of at least 2,000 pixels is recommended; clarity also depends on the original file.

Optional notes can identify details to preserve. They do not change the selected model, add design services or guarantee special requests or delivery dates.

Approval and production

Placing your order approves your submitted layout. After payment and our review, we may resize the image, prepare edge bleed, slightly adjust its position or make minor colour corrections, then print without further approval. We will not change the subject, wording or overall composition.

The preview is a guide. Screen colours, materials and cut alignment can vary slightly. This does not limit your rights if the goods are faulty, incorrect or materially different from what was agreed.

Image rights and unsuitable files

You must own the rights to print your image or have permission for this use, including any necessary trademark, privacy and likeness permissions. Finding an image online or using it personally does not by itself give you printing rights. We do not supply licences or remove watermarks to bypass restrictions.

We may cancel before production and fully refund the affected set if we have concerns about image rights, content or print quality, or if the file needs major changes. You will receive a cancellation/refund notice. A replacement design service is not included.

Privacy

You keep ownership of your image. STICKSOO and the designers, printers and service providers needed for your order may receive and use your original, preview and production files only to prepare, fulfil and support that order. We will not use them for marketing, a public gallery or resale without separate permission.

Keep private file links secure. Files and order records are retained as needed for fulfilment, support and legal obligations. Do not upload identity documents, financial or medical records, unlawful material, non-consensual intimate images or sexual exploitation content. Obtain any required consent for people shown, including parent or guardian consent where applicable.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Production can begin after payment and review, so changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once printing starts.

Once personalized production starts, custom stickers are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns where the law permits. Rights for the separate, unpersonalized case remain unaffected. We remain responsible for damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Delivery and support

Custom orders are dispatched within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed and your submitted file passes review. This includes image preparation and printing; no extra custom preparation period is added. Delivery typically takes a further 7–20 days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.
