Shipping origin

Orders are dispatched from Hefei, Anhui, China. Orders delivered outside China are international shipments.

Shipping method

We primarily use tracked international air shipping services, including international courier and dedicated air-line shipping services. Depending on the destination, orders may be carried by major international or local logistics providers. The final carrier and route are determined by the delivery destination and available shipping service. Tracking details are provided after dispatch so you can follow your parcel.

Processing and delivery

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 calendar days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes a further 7–20 calendar days after dispatch. Processing and transit time are separate. Calendar days include weekends. The estimated total is 8–22 calendar days after payment confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, busy periods, and public-health restrictions may cause delays.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is US$4.90 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below US$25. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$25 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges and applicable taxes. Your shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Customs and import charges

Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. Unless checkout states that these charges have been collected, they are the recipient's responsibility, subject to applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about possible charges.

Address and tracking

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch. We will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery issues

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where available, photos of any damage. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning delivery, cancellation, or faulty goods.
