Which model should I choose?

What is included?

Each phone skin set includes 2 matching skins and 1 clear bumper case. The phone shown in product photos is not included.

What are the skins made from?

Our iPhone skins use genuine 3M™ graphic film. Selected designs feature an embossed finish.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $4.90 per order below $25. Orders of $25 or more qualify for free shipping, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and applicable taxes. Available delivery destinations are listed at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship from Hefei, Anhui, China. We use tracked international courier and dedicated-line shipping services. We usually dispatch standard orders within 1–2 calendar days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders are dispatched within 1–2 calendar days after payment is confirmed and the submitted file passes review; this includes custom preparation. Delivery typically takes a further 7–20 calendar days after dispatch. Calendar days include weekends. See the shipping policy for estimated delivery times.

How often do new designs arrive?

New designs are added every week.

Can I return my order?

Returns are sent to Hefei, Anhui, China, so customers outside China will need to arrange international return shipping. Contact us for the exact return address before mailing a parcel. Eligible standard products can be returned under our voluntary 30-day policy. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong model or design, you pay the return shipping fee charged by your chosen carrier. If the return is caused by us, including a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we pay the necessary return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any more favorable return-shipping promise made when an existing order was placed is honored, and statutory rights are unaffected. See our Return & Refund Policy before arranging a return.
