1. About STICKSOO

STICKSOO is the store brand operated by 合肥瑞派电子科技有限公司 (English translation: Hefei Ruipai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.), registered in China. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to this company operating as STICKSOO. Our registered and office addresses are listed in our Contact Information.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from us, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Website use and accounts

You must have legal capacity to place an order, or the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and keep your account credentials secure. You must not use the website unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Products and compatibility

Review the product description and select the correct device model, original phone color, and design before ordering. Phones and other display props shown in photographs are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise.

We aim to show products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear, but products must still match their description and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Selecting a standard model, color, or listed design does not make a product personalized solely because it is produced after an order is placed. Any special conditions for genuinely personalized goods will be disclosed before purchase.

Follow the product's installation and care instructions. Contact us if you experience a product or installation issue.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm acceptance and order details by email. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself confirm acceptance unless it states otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

If we cannot fulfill an order, identify a pricing error, or reasonably suspect fraud, we will contact you and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Fulfillment may limit our ability to make changes, but does not remove any statutory cancellation right.

5. Prices, promotions, and charges

The currency, product price, discounts, shipping charge, and applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. The price for an accepted order will not be increased retrospectively without your agreement. Future prices and promotions may change.

Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout states they have been collected, these are the recipient's responsibility, subject to applicable law. Promotion-specific terms will be displayed with the offer and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

6. Shipping and delivery

We usually dispatch orders from Hefei, Anhui, China within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed. We use tracked international courier and dedicated-line shipping services. Delivery to supported destinations typically takes a further 7–20 days after dispatch. These are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, or busy periods.

Standard shipping is US$4.90 per order below US$25 and free at US$25 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and applicable taxes. Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout.

If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide the resolution required by applicable law. For consumer orders, risk of loss remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you. 7. Returns, refunds, and consumer rights

Returns are sent to Hefei, Anhui, China; customers outside China will need to arrange international return shipping. Standard products may be returned under our voluntary 30-day policy if they meet its eligibility conditions. For consumer-caused returns, the consumer pays the return shipping fee charged by the carrier they choose. If the return is caused by us, including damaged, faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, STICKSOO pays the necessary return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. We honor any more favorable return-shipping promise that applied when an existing order was placed. Conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. We do not impose a blanket 48-hour deadline that removes statutory rights.

8. Relationship with Shopify

STICKSOO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with STICKSOO. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and STICKSOO, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with STICKSOO, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and other service providers may process information to host the store, process payments, and fulfill orders. Shopify's practices are described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

Third-party websites or services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Review them when using those services.

10. Intellectual property and customer content

Trademarks, logos, artwork, photographs, and other protected content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis. STICKSOO products are independent accessories and are not official products of the device brands referenced on this website. Device brand names and model references identify compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, authorization, or endorsement. If you submit a review or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to do so and permit us to display it in connection with our store and products. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability, disputes, and changes

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or for any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law determines your rights and the competent courts. These Terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of their country of residence.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. We may update these Terms for future website use and orders, with notice where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order.
